​​Wynkoop Festival 

📍1700 Block of Wynkoop Street | Saturday, Oct. 25-Friday, Oct. 31 (times vary)

Experience “Spooky Wynkoopy,” a Halloween street takeover where Wynkoop transforms into a car-free festival zone. Connect with others and explore a pedestrian-forward vision for Denver’s historic district. Join the conversation and help shape Denver’s downtown community spaces.

Denver Zombie Crawl

📍Improper City | Friday, Oct. 31-Saturday, Nov. 1, 7 p.m.-2 a.m.

This weekend, Denver’s legendary Zombie Crawl returns for a massive Halloween bar crawl through LoDo and RiNo! With access to 15+ bars and nightclubs, enjoy free welcome shots, drink specials, and themed parties all night long. Check in at Improper City or The Mill and get your Zombie Survival Kit to start the crawl.


Halloween Events 

Mile High Trunk or Treat 

📍Empower Field | Thursday, Oct. 30, 5-9 p.m

Presented by Far East Center, Denver Police Foundation, Denver Police Department, & Community Partners. Bring the family to Empower Field for a festive trunk-or-treat featuring candy, costumes, and decorated cars. This community-centered celebration offers a safe and spirited way to enjoy Halloween. With games, treats, and photo ops, there’s something for all ages! 

Bugs and Brews: Spider Takeover (21+)

📍Butterfly Pavilion | Thursday, Oct. 30, 6-8 p.m.

 Sip on local brews while exploring the Butterfly Pavilion after dark during the Spiders Around the World exhibition. Enjoy a themed lecture, interactive activities, and a festive costume contest. It’s a spooky night of science, beer, and fun.

Gleam Car Wash Haunted Tunnel 

📍Gleam Car Wash | Thursday, Oct. 30, 7-9 p.m. 

Ever heard of a haunted car wash? Gleam’s Haunted Tunnel is a drive-through haunted house, complete with eerie lights, ghoulish props, and costumed characters. Perfect for families or thrill-seekers, it’s a spooky spectacle you can enjoy from the safety of your car. 

Cult of Cthulhu: Immersive Horror Comedy Show

📍Fiction Beer Company | Friday, Oct. 31-Saturday, Nov. 1, 7:30-9 p.m. 

Join a hilarious night of immersive theater with Cult of Cthulhu, an original horror-comedy experience set in a brewery. The show blends storytelling, humor, and audience participation for an unforgettable evening. Sip local craft beer as you become part of the cult’s absurd rituals and twisted fun.

DarknessCon Denver 2025

📍Delta Hotels Denver Thornton | Saturday, Nov. 1, 9 a.m.-8 p.m. 

Make your Saturday the highlight of Halloweekend! Keep the Halloween spirit alive at DarknessCon, Denver’s all-day celebration of horror, hauntings, and the paranormal. Explore a marketplace of dark art, attend panels on ghost-hunting and horror filmmaking, and catch screenings at the Indie Horror Film Festival.

Momentos de Memoria Museum Activation 

📍Denver Art Museum | Monday, Oct. 27-Tuesday, Nov. 4, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. 

Celebrate Día de los Muertos with Momentos de Memoria at the Denver Art Museum. Visitors are invited to place colorful paper skulls near artworks that remind them of loved ones or memories. This collective gesture transforms the museum into a living ofrenda honoring art, loss, and remembrance. 

Denver Film Festival

📍Sie Film Center | Friday, Oct. 31-Sunday, Nov. 9, 2-7 p.m. 

Denver’s most anticipated cinematic event returns with a lineup of independent films, international features, and local stories. The festival showcases diverse voices and bold storytelling that push creative boundaries. It’s the perfect occasion for movie lovers to connect with the art of film!

Untitled: Artist Takeover 

📍Denver Art Museum | Friday, Oct. 31, 6-10 p.m. 

Celebrate Halloween at the final Untitled: Artist Takeover of 2025! Enjoy live performances, interactive installations, and DJ sets in a creative environment. Themed “Halloween Art Party,” this event brings together local artists for a night of spooky inspiration. 

​​Paranormal Palace Day of the Dead 2025

Step into the spectacular Paranormal Palace Day of the Dead celebration! Featuring over 30 performers, DJs, and interactive installations, the event offers nonstop spectacle and energy. Compete in the $2,500 costume contest or enjoy the VIP experience with private bars and express entry. 

D​​ía de los Muertos: Música y Arte 

📍Manos Sagrados | Sunday, Nov. 2, 3-4 p.m.

Celebrate Día de los Muertos through live music, art, and tradition at Manos Sagrados in the Aurora Cultural Arts District. Enjoy a heartfelt performance by Mariachi Las Dahlias that brings the holiday’s stories and spirit to life. Families can then visit DAVA for hands-on art activities like sugar skull decorating and flower crown making.
