Vicky Collins is the publisher and managing editor of Bucket List Community News. She is a freelance television producer and journalist with NBC Network News. Vicky also has her own production company called Teletrends, which has produced for broadcast, cable, national syndication, Olympics, digital, and non-profits. Toni Tresca is the editor of Bucket List Community News. He is a seasoned journalist who has contributed to Bucket List, Boulder Weekly, Denver Westword, 5280 Magazine, and co-hosts the OnStage Colorado theatre podcast. He grew up in Mineola, Texas, and later moved to San Antonio to attend Trinity University, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Political Science. Tresca, who previously worked in Texas politics relocated to Colorado during the pandemic to pursue a dual MA/MBA with a Certificate in Arts Administration at the University of Colorado Boulder. Logan Kurtz is the business development manager of Bucket List Community News and a multimedia journalist. He graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and minor in sports media. He was also the director of the Student Emmy Award winning broadcast CU NewsTeam. Ryland Scholes is the production manager of Bucket List Community News and a graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in journalism and minor in political science. He is a Colorado native and grew up in Castle Rock. When Ryland isn’t busy rooting for and writing about the Colorado Buffaloes, he can often be found playing retro video games and hanging out with his dog. Daniel Granados Magaña is a senior at MSU Denver, majoring in Communication Studies with a minor in Public Relations. His love for film taught him to appreciate a good story; now he gets to explore that same art through public relations—storytelling, just with a different kind of script. Apart from storytelling, he is a passionate about uplifting Latino representation within the community and media. Brenna Furniss is the Engagement Manager of Bucket List Community News. She is originally from Spring Lake, New Jersey, and is currently a student at the University of Colorado Boulder, majoring in Marketing and Human Resources at the Leeds School of Business. On campus, she is involved in Kappa Alpha Theta and works for the Leeds School of Business Office of Advancement, where she gains experience in event planning and community engagement. PJ Guidry is a Metro State alum where he studied journalism and media, with a minor in communications. He is currently the university record holder in the triple jump for Metro State’s track and field program. He was born on Oahu, Hawaii and relocated to Colorado from Texas. PJ hopes to continue with creative, technical, and journalistic writing opportunities. His biggest aspiration is to create stories that will inspire change and educate readers. Khaleigh Reed is a senior majoring in Journalism and minoring in media production at the University of Colorado Boulder. While she is originally from southeast Texas, she spent 7 years in Colorado Springs before moving to Boulder. When she isn’t partaking in extracurricular activities or reporting on issues she’s passionate about, she focuses on photography, rock climbing, and enjoys writing and art. Ella Berry is a senior at the University of Colorado Boulder, pursuing a degree in Journalism and minoring in Writing and Public Engagement. She is from Dallas, Texas but moved to Boulder in the fall of 2022 for college. Ella has worked as a video editing intern as well as a production assistant on commercial, TV, and film sets. Linus Loughry is a senior at the University of Colorado Boulder, majoring in journalism with a minor in media production. Trinity Schermerhorn is a Senior at Metropolitan State University of Denver, majoring in journalism and minoring in history. Emily Doskow is a junior at the University of Colorado Boulder studying journalism and sociology. She is from Folsom, California. Besides reporting, she loves running and hiking in the mountains. She also plays guitar and sings with Mile 21 Acapella at CU. Emily has written about local politics and university programs for the CU Independent. She looks forward to more reporting in her community with Bucket List.

Dylan Barbee is a University of Missouri School of Journalism Alum, who has experience covering local government, data center proposals, and business. Adam Eisenberg is a senior at The University of Colorado Boulder majoring in journalism and minoring in political science. He typically covers politics, opinions, and lifestyle, especially issues that impact Gen-Z Americans, such as discrimination or political movements. Matt Spivack is a senior pursuing a degree in Journalism and minoring in Communication and Sports Media at the University of Colorado Boulder. He grew up in San Mateo, California, and moved to Boulder in the fall of 2023 for college. Matt is the men’s basketball beat writer for SkoBuffsSports, a sports media club on campus that covers all things Buffs’ sports. Logan Hessek is a graduate of MSU Denver and has a B.A. in English with a concentration in creative writing and a minor in literature. Since graduating, he has pursued many different writing and journalism opportunities and hopes to make a career out of it. Lewis Jolly is currently pursuing an M.A. in Journalism at the University of Colorado Boulder, with a focus on print and multimedia sports journalism. Daphne aka Daffy Duck is the canine correspondent of Bucket List Community News. She is a Shetland Sheepdog from Green Family Kennels in Strasbourg, CO. Her parents are Parsley and Sparky and she has a brother. She enjoys sticks, balls, her walks and exploring outside. She is yappy and was a brat as a puppy but went to Black Paw Dog Training and is now trained and social so she can be a good brand ambassador for Bucket List Community News.
