Halloween Events
Magic of the Jack O’ Lanterns
📍The Hudson Gardens | Sept. 19-Nov. 2, (times vary)
Walk through a glowing world of over 5,000 hand-carved jack-o’-lanterns and pumpkin displays. These creations bring magic to every corner of Hudson Gardens. Guests can enjoy themed music, food, and drinks while taking in the artistry.
Trunk or Treat Mt. St. Vincent
📍Mt. St. Vincent | Friday, Oct. 24, 5-7 p.m.
Trunk or treat! Families are invited to a safe and festive evening of trick-or-treating from decorated car trunks. This community gathering includes costumes, candy, and plenty of Halloween cheer. Bucket List will be tabling so come by and say hi!

Bug-A-Boo Family Friendly Indoor Trick or Treating
📍Butterfly Pavilion | Saturday, Oct. 25-Sunday, Oct. 26, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Celebrate Halloween at Butterfly Pavilion! Families can trick-or-treat through themed exhibits and enjoy crafts and activities. Costumes are encouraged, and kids can learn about the world of invertebrates while enjoying spooky season.
Broadway Halloween Parade
📍500 N Broadway | Saturday, Oct. 25, 6-9 p.m.
South Broadway comes alive with costumes and floats during this lively community parade. Families and friends are encouraged to dress up and join the fun along the route. Don’t miss out on one of Denver’s biggest neighborhood Halloween traditions!
Fall Celebrations
Glow at the Gardens
📍Denver Botanic Gardens | Tuesday, Oct. 21-Sunday, Oct. 26, 6-9 p.m.
Wander through thousands of hand-carved pumpkins and glowing sculptures at Glow at the Gardens. Grab your family or some friends and check it out! Enjoy live entertainment, seasonal treats, and plenty of photo ops.
Lone Creek Farm Fall Festival
📍Lone Creek Farm | Thursday, Oct. 23-Sunday, Oct. 26, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
Celebrate the harvest season at Lone Creek Farm Fall Festival! There will be hayrides, pumpkin patches, corn mazes, and more. The festival also features live entertainment and seasonal activities for all ages.
Adults Only Flashlight Tours
📍Butterfly Pavilion | Friday, Oct. 24, 7-8 p.m.
Explore Butterfly Pavilion in the dark during Adults Only Flashlight Tours! Dress up, solve mysteries in each exhibit led by a tour guide, and discover the secrets of invertebrates at night. This tour will end in the Wings of the Tropics exhibit where participants will search for hidden residents among the butterflies and plants! This event is 18+ only.
Día de los Muertos in Civic Center Park
📍Civic Center Park | Saturday, Oct. 25, 2-9 p.m.
Celebrate life and honor loved ones at Denver’s vibrant Día de los Muertos event. The park comes alive with decorated altars and delicious Mexican food. Stay for the evening candlelight procession that beautifully lights up Civic Center Park.
Bloody Mary Festival
