Shakespeare in the Parking Lot

3Shakespeare in the Parking Lot is exactly what it sounds like—a 45-minute abridged performance of Romeo and Juliet, A Midsummer Night’s Dream or Macbeth. The performance takes place in and around a pick-up truck “set” that the DCPA drives to your community parking lot.
Community performances are followed by a brief and interactive community talkback led by cast members, which helps community members connect themes of the play to contemporary issues that still impact our society today.
