JCC Denver: Community Baby Closet Grand Opening

JCC Denver will celebrate the official grand opening of its Community Baby Closet, a welcoming, sustainable resource where families can access, donate and exchange gently used baby items.

The Baby Closet offers diapers, wipes, formula, newborn clothing, baby gear, postpartum supplies and more—helping families find what they need, pass along what they no longer use and connect with their community in a judgment-free environment. This resource is available to families who could use a little extra support during the first few months of parenthood.

The grand opening is on Sunday, Aug. 16 from 10 a.m. to noon. Bagels, coffee, and treats will be provided. Attendees may also create a bouquet at the build-your-own-bouquet bar to take home. RSVPs are required.

Community members are encouraged to donate gently used or new baby gear, clothing and supplies. Monetary donations are also welcome. Donations help families obtain essential items while reducing waste through reuse and protecting the environment through thoughtful stewardship.
