Anythink Nature Library: Opening Celebration

Colorado is about to become home to something no other state has: the nation’s first public nature library.

The Anythink Library is designed to help people connect with nature through immersive learning, exploration and community. Located on 15 acres adjacent to the 140-acre Aylor Open Lands in Thornton, it’s filled with intentionally designed spaces—from interactive nature labs and gardens to a one-mile trail loop, café, sunroom and hands-on experiences that invite visitors of all ages to explore the outdoors in new ways. The 33,000-square-foot library was designed to make nature more accessible for everyone, whether they’re seasoned outdoor enthusiasts or just beginning to explore.

We’d love for you and your family to join us for the grand opening celebration! It’s a free, community-wide event from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. featuring live performances, storytimes, guided nature walks, interactive art experiences, family-friendly activities, refreshments and plenty of opportunities to experience Colorado’s newest cultural destination.
